This course is designed to improve soft skills for TTT candidates who are planning to design and deliver Alibaba Cloud-certified courses.
Course content:
- What makes for a successful session? Give examples of what works/doesn't work
- The importance of getting attendees ‘on-side’ and engaged from the beginning: Minimising resistance
- Communicating Effectively: Using a simple model for communication - The seven C’s of
- Presenting with EDGE: How to ensure your delivery style is interesting and engaging in a virtual session. This includes the first 60 seconds, storytelling, body language, and using your voice effectively
- Building interaction: How to get more involvement in sessions using different virtual tools and techniques
- Dealing with difficult situations: Lack of engagement / difficult questions / resistant attendees etc
